The Women in Gaming (WIG) Mentor Programme is set up as a joint initiative with leading companies to identify, nurture and inspire the next generation of female leaders. We are proud that, many companies believe in this project, we aim to support ambitious women from a range of backgrounds, and with an array of career goals and challenges, to achieve their individual goals.

Women can face different challenges to men as they step on to their career ladder, whether they are working in-house, in an agency or as a freelance practitioner. These include navigating a boardroom often dominated by men, negotiating equal pay or juggling work and family or caring responsibilities.

Our ambition is to ensure that women can confidently and successfully overcome their unique challenges in order to progress in their careers to achieve their ultimate ambitions. We do this by a series of initiatives linking leading figures within the sector to discuss a whole range of topics to help progress.

Learning from those who have and still succeeding within the business, not just tips but learning from the mistakes made, a unique opportunity with a focus on talent development.

A real one that actually focuses on supporting, inspiring and learning for junior members of your team. Supported by those people who have won an award from the years of the WIG.

The program will not be just an opportunity to network but to learn from our superb winners from past and present. They will offer their own stories of challenges and obstacles and how you can to.
